Biographical Info
Ms. Rigano earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Widener University and her Master of Science in Nursing at Millersville University and a post-Masters’ certification in Acute Care Adult Gerontology from University of Penn.
She has over 30 years’ experience in acute hospital, cardiac and GI care. She is an adjunct professor at Widener University, York College, Millersville University and the University of Penn mentoring nurse practitioner students. She is a guest lecturer at Alvernia College and University of Penn LGH Acute Care and Grand Rounds Lecture Series.
Ms. Rigano is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) Family Nurse Practitioner BC and as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, (AGACNP-BC).
She has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Lancaster County since 2002 working with her husband in Internal Medicine. She has been practicing as a gastroenterology CRNP since 2012.
She has privileges at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital, WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital and UPMC Pinnacle Lititz.
Ms. Rigano, her husband and four children reside in Lancaster. In her free time, she enjoys cherished time with her family, playing tennis, playing USTA leagues twice competing at nationals at 6.0 and 7.0 level. She is an avid gardener, seamstress and plays guitar.
