Health Insurance

Insurance plans vary considerably, and we cannot predict or guarantee what part of our services will or will not be covered by your particular insurance coverage. You are ultimately responsible for your medical expenses, and for any balances not covered by insurance. Please contact your insurance carrier to verify coverage. Many insurance plans do not pay for wellness, routine and/or surveillance visits, and/or procedures.

REGIONAL GI DOES NOT VERIFY AND/OR GUARANTEE BENEFIT COVERAGE – THIS IS THE PATIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY.

If your insurance plan requires pre-certification, please inform our office staff so we can assist you in this process. Pre-certification and Benefit Coverage are two different things. As the patient, you are responsible to verify Benefit Coverage.

For those plans in which Regional Gi participates, our office will bill your supplemental (secondary) insurance carrier for any coverage.
